What does “blending” mean at Kaoka? Depending on the aromatic profiles of the batches of cocoa harvested, we blend the beans to create a round and balanced chocolate. This involves know-how that we have developed over nearly thirty years of experience.


Kaoka chocolates are made with 100% cocoa from our integrated programs in Ecuador, São Tomé, Peru and the Dominican Republic. A choice that means we can guarantee that the cocoa we use is of high quality, cultivated with respect for the environment and biodiversity, and truly profitable for our partner growers.
