Did you know this? Milk chocolate is traditionally made from cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, vanilla and an emulsifier (lecithin).
Kaoka strives to offer organic and fair-trade milk chocolates that are ever more natural: pure cocoa paste from Ecuador, recipes without lecithin, with cane sugar, without vanilla and with French milk for the right balance between the taste of cocoa, the sweetness and flavour of milk.

Cocoa beans from Ecuador (variety: Cacao Nacional) are very typical: they have the particularity of revealing characteristic floral notes such as jasmine or rose. Our 40% cocoa milk chocolate is intense in cocoa content and, above all, deliciously melt-in-your-mouth!
