Due to the hot weather, we need to send our chocolates via Chronofresh to ensure they arrive at your door in perfect condition. This delivery service keeps the products fresh throughout the journey.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and an estimated delivery time. If you are not at home, you can easily reschedule the delivery or collect your parcel from a Chronopost branch.

Regarding collection point delivery:
Once your order has been confirmed, you can select the collection point of your choice.
🗓️ The collection period is 5 days for Pickup collection points and 14 days for retail collection points (calendar days). To collect your order, please remember to bring your original ID or your collection code for Pickup collection points. After this period, the parcel will be returned to Kaoka. No refunds or redeliveries to another address will be possible.
We encourage you to choose this delivery method whenever possible: by selecting a collection point near your home, your workplace or on your daily commute, you are helping to reduce the environmental impact of delivery.
Regarding home delivery (no signature required):
The parcel will be left in your letterbox, if it fits. If this is not possible and you are not at home, a delivery notice will be left in your letterbox.
The average delivery time is 3 to 5 working days from the date your order is confirmed. This timeframe is approximate and may vary depending on the delivery address, delivery method and time of year.
A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched, so that you can track its progress in real time.
Important
Any order placed between Friday and Sunday will be dispatched from the following Monday, with delivery from Tuesday. During busy periods, particularly in the run-up to public holidays (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Christmas), delivery times may be extended.
Chocolate is sensitive to extreme temperatures and humidity. We recommend that you collect your parcel as soon as possible, whether from a postbox or a collection point, to ensure it retains its quality.
Packaging accounts for a significant proportion of the waste generated by e-commerce. At Kaoka, we are committed to minimising our impact by prioritising reuse and sustainable materials.
Your order:
- Cardboard: Although recyclable, it may look a little “imperfect”. This is simply because we’ve given it a second life after its initial use.
- Packing chips: Recyclable, these help protect the chocolate from knocks during transport.
- Thermal protection: As soon as temperatures rise, we add a cooling pack and an insulated bag to preserve the quality of the chocolate until it reaches your home.
