We now offer 14 references of organic and fair trade gluten-free chocolates to cover the needs of artisan chocolate-makers, pastry chefs, ice-cream makers, bakers, restaurateurs, bulk shops, tea rooms, etc, who want to develop a range of organic and/or fair trade gluten-free products.

Our gluten-free couverture chocolates are characterised by their powerful flavour and long finish. We have developed special recipes to offer you a rich palette of flavours. Among our dark couverture chocolates, you’ll find 3 single origins: Ecuador, Dominican Republic and São Tomé. The other chocolates in our range are blends of cocoa from our own programs (Ecuador, Peru, Dominican Republic and São Tomé).

With a cocoa content ranging from 80% to 58%, each dark couverture chocolate has a dedicated use: moulding, coating sweets, making mousses, ganaches, candy interiors, making chocolate candies or even decorative elements. You can also find a gluten-free milk chocolate and a gluten-free white chocolate in this range.

All Kaoka® gluten-free chocolates are 100% organic and fair trade (cocoa, sugar and vanilla). Some products do not contain vanilla and/or lecithin.

Kaoka also offers chocolate makers, confectioners, ice-cream makers, bakers and restaurant owners a gluten-free cocoa powder and cocoa butter for making their products, desserts, sweets, pastries, etc.

What is gluten?
