For a little crunch, add roasted peanuts on top of the mousses – it’s really delicious! To vary the flavours, you can replace the peanut butter with hazelnut purée or even almond purée.

Recipe description
Chocolate mousse is one of those ultra-comforting desserts that you never tire of.
We offer you a vegan recipe made with aquafaba (the cooking water from chickpeas). This dark chocolate and peanut butter mousse is light and really creamy… we love it!
For a little crunch, add roasted peanuts on top of the mousses – it’s really delicious! To vary the flavours, you can replace the peanut butter with hazelnut purée or even almond purée.
Preparation
Melt the chocolate in a bowl.
Add the peanut butter and a pinch of fleur de sel to the chocolate. Leave to cool.
Whip the aquafaba (the water from a tin of chickpeas) like egg whites. The texture should be fairly firm.
Fold the whipped aquafaba into your chocolate/peanut butter mixture.
Pour into jars.
Leave in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving!
