Since Kaoka was founded in 1993, we’ve been thinking about cocoa and the social, ecological and economic issues it involves. Our aim is to offer our artisan customers chocolate that is as respectful as possible of the environment and, above all, of the men and women who produce cocoa. For 30 years, we have been working with cocoa grower’s to build an integrated supply chain model that makes this possible.
Today, we offer a total of 21 organic and fair trade products, including 3 milk chocolate products, to satisfy the needs of chocolate makers, confectioners, ice-cream makers, bakers, restaurant owners, bulk shops, tea rooms, etc, who want to develop a range of organic and/or fair trade products.

Kaoka® milk chocolate is made exclusively from Dominican Republic cocoa mass, cocoa butter, milk from France, cane sugar, sunflower lecithin and vanilla.
The cocoa paste, cocoa butter, sugar and vanilla are fair trade.
