The cocoa comes from our organic and fair trade cocoa program in São Tomé. From the Amelonado variety, it stands out for its woody notes that blend perfectly with the richness of hazelnuts. These are grown in the hills of Alapli, in northern Turkey, using environmentally friendly methods, without synthetic pesticides, promoting sustainable and natural farming.
