Description

Dare to indulge with character with this case of 17 dark chocolate bars 180 g with candied ginger.

Generously thick, each bar combines the intensity of dark chocolate with real candied ginger cubes, for a tasting experience that’s both smooth and bold.

Ginger, originating from the Shandong region of China, brings a spicy and peppery note that contrasts harmoniously with the aromatic depth of the cocoa. The cocoa comes from our organic and fair trade cocoa program in São Tomé: from the Amelonado variety, it stands out for its woody and cocoa nuances, ideal for balancing the lively character of the ginger.

BIOPARTENAIRE® certified, this bar guarantees cocoa from fair trade. By choosing this complete case of 17 bars, you benefit from an attractive discount while enjoying — or sharing — a generous and bold dark chocolate, perfect for lovers of intense and spicy flavors.

Advice

Proper chocolate tasting is done in stages using all your senses. Start by observing the chocolate, touching it, listening to it, then smelling it. Finally, we taste it to discover its texture and perceive its flavors. Discover our chocolate tasting guide.

Store away from moisture and heat, between 15 and 18°C. If stored inappropriately, chocolate may become white. This natural phenomenon has no impact on your health.
