What does “blend” mean at Kaoka? Based on the aromatic profiles of the harvested cocoa batches, we blend the beans to create a well-rounded, balanced chocolate that highlights the complementary flavors of cocoas from our cocoa programs. This is a craft we have developed over nearly thirty years of experience.
This 70% cocoa chocolate reveals a beautiful smoothness on the palate, accompanied by notes of dried fruit and woody flavors.

Store away from moisture and heat, between 15 and 18°C. If stored inappropriately, chocolate may become white. This natural phenomenon has no impact on your health.
