The cocoa in this dark chocolate with hazelnuts comes from our organic and fair-trade cocoa program based in São Tomé. From the Amelonado variety, this cocoa stands out with a unique aromatic profile, marked by woody notes that pair deliciously with dried fruits.

We selected, from our trusted supplier, organic and fair-trade hazelnuts from the Alapli hills in northern Turkey, where the Akçakoca variety is grown with respect for the environment, without synthetic pesticides. Growers now use natural methods based on plants and micro-organisms to optimize their harvests. Selected for their crunch and delicate taste, they are gently toasted to reveal roasted aromas that pair perfectly with our dark chocolate.

In this 180g dark chocolate bar with whole hazelnuts, BIOPARTENAIRE® certified, the cocoa and sugar are 100% fair trade.

Ingredients and nutritional values

Cocoa: 66% minimum in the chocolate. Ingredients:
– São Tomé cocoa mass*⁽¹⁾,
– cane sugar*⁽¹⁾,
– whole roasted hazelnuts*⁽¹⁾ 20%,
– Ecuador and/or Peru and/or Dominican Republic and/or São Tomé cocoa butter*⁽¹⁾⁽²⁾,
– concentrated butter* (milk).
