Generously thick, this 180g dark chocolate bar with whole roasted almonds for a delicious crunch is pure indulgence!

The cocoa used in Kaoka dark chocolate with almonds comes from our organic and fair trade cocoa program in São Tomé. From the Amelonado variety, this cocoa stands out with a distinctive aromatic profile, marked by woody nuances that harmonize perfectly with dried fruits.

We selected almonds grown in the Spanish valley of Pinoso, where sustainable farming practices help revitalize a region threatened by desertification. Supported by our partner, the cooperative develops regenerative agriculture: varietal diversification to preserve biodiversity, organic inputs to enrich the soil, and cover crops to better manage water.
Slowly roasted by a local master roaster, these almonds offer a crunchy texture and intense orgeat notes, enhanced with soft, floral touches.

In this 180g dark chocolate bar with whole almonds, BIOPARTENAIRE® certified, the cocoa and sugar are 100% fair trade.

Ingredients and nutritional values

Cocoa: 66% minimum in the chocolate. Ingredients:
– São Tomé cocoa mass*⁽¹⁾,
– blonde cane sugar*⁽¹⁾,
– whole roasted almonds* 20%,
– Ecuador and/or Peru and/or Dominican Republic and/or São Tomé cocoa butter*⁽¹⁾⁽²⁾,
– concentrated butter* (milk).
