Fall for this 66% cocoa dark chocolate bar, pure São Tomé origin, with crunchy caramelized hazelnut pieces! A real treat!

The cocoa beans from São Tomé – variety: Amelonado – are very distinctive: they have the unique quality of producing a very fruity dark chocolate with woody notes that pairs wonderfully with dried fruits.

For this recipe, we selected Akçakoca variety hazelnuts from our trusted supplier, grown in the hills of Alapli in Northern Turkey. Delicately roasted, they reveal deliciously toasted notes.

In this bar that’s as delicious as it is responsible, the cocoa, sugar and hazelnuts are fair trade.

Ingredients and nutritional values

Cocoa: 66% minimum in the chocolate. Ingredients:

– caramelized hazelnut pieces* 12% (hazelnut pieces*⁽¹⁾ 8.4%, blond cane sugar*),
– cocoa butter Ecuador and/or Peru and/or Dominican Republic and/or São Tomé*⁽¹⁾⁽²⁾,
– concentrated butter* (milk).
