With our partner’s support, the cooperative implements regenerative practices: diversifying varieties to strengthen biodiversity, enriching soil with organic matter, and planting cover crops to optimize water management. Slowly roasted by a local artisan, these almonds develop a distinct crunch and orgeat aromas enriched with sweet, floral nuances.
