Description

This bar is for cocoa lovers. It combines the fruity intensity of 70% dark chocolate from the Dominican Republic with the raw crunch of cocoa beans from Peru, whose nibs have been carefully caramelized.

A blend of roasted flavors and crunchy texture for a seriously cocoa-packed taste experience! Like all our other chocolates, the cocoa beans in this recipe come from our organic fair-trade cocoa programs, certified Biopartenaire®.

Ingredients and nutritional values

Cocoa: 70% minimum in the chocolate. Ingredients:
-cocoa mass Dominican Republic*⁽¹⁾,
-unrefined cane sugar*⁽¹⁾,
-roasted and caramelized cocoa bean nibs*⁽¹⁾ 10% (roasted cocoa bean nibs Peru*⁽¹⁾ 7%, unrefined cane sugar*),
-cocoa butter Ecuador and/or Peru and/or Dominican Republic and/or São Tomé*⁽¹⁾⁽²⁾.

Advice

Store away from moisture and heat, between 15 and 18°C. If stored inappropriately, chocolate may become white. This natural phenomenon has no impact on your health.
