The cocoa in this recipe comes from our organic and fair trade cocoa program in Ecuador, an exceptional terroir we have supported for over 30 years. BIOPARTENAIRE® certified, this cocoa program guarantees 100% fair trade cocoa and sugar, for a treat that is as responsible as it is intense.

Ingredients and nutritional values

Cocoa: 40% minimum in the chocolate. Ingredients:

– whole roasted almonds* 15%,
