This chocolate is crafted from a unique blend of beans from our four cocoa programs: Ecuador, São Tomé, Peru, and the Dominican Republic. At Kaoka, blending is a true art: we select and combine batches based on their aromatic profiles to create a balanced, harmonious chocolate that highlights the complementarity of each origin. Nearly thirty years of expertise have allowed us to perfect this craftsmanship.

With 70% cocoa, this chocolate offers generous roundness and beautiful aromatic depth. It reveals elegant notes of dried fruits and a subtle woody touch, for a smooth and aromatic tasting experience that appeals to everyone.
