Description

Made from Trinitario cocoa beans from the Ucayali region of Peru, this 85% dark bar reveals a fruity chocolate of great smoothness, despite its intense cocoa content.

Its cocoa character is enhanced by delicate notes of caramel, a hint of citrus, and fruity notes of hazelnut and raspberry.

Each Kaoka® dark chocolate offers a unique sensory experience. The cocoa we work with comes from our organic and fair trade cocoa program in Peru, certified BIOPARTENAIRE®. In this bar, the cocoa and sugar are 100% fair trade.

Ingredients and nutritional values

Cocoa: 85% minimum. Ingredients:

– blond cane sugar*⁽¹⁾,
– cocoa butter from Ecuador and/or Peru and/or Dominican Republic and/or São Tomé*⁽¹⁾⁽²⁾.

Advice

Store away from moisture and heat, between 15 and 18°C. If stored inappropriately, chocolate may become white. This natural phenomenon has no impact on your health.
