Line the bottom with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 175\u00b0C.  <\/li>\n<li>To prepare the brownie layer, melt the margarine and chocolate in a bowl using a double boiler or the microwave (in 30-second bursts maximum, stirring in between).<\/li>\n<li>Add both sugars and stir them in.<\/li>\n<li>Add the yogurt and stir until you have a smooth mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Pour in the flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir well to combine. <\/li>\n<li>Pour into the pan and smooth the surface evenly.<\/li>\n<li>For the cookie layer, cream the room-temperature margarine with both sugars (using a spatula or the paddle attachment of your mixer) until the texture is light and fluffy.<\/li>\n<li>Add the soy yogurt and vanilla extract. The mixture will look uneven; this is normal. <\/li>\n<li>Add the flour, fleur de sel, baking powder, and baking soda, and work into a dough.<\/li>\n<li>Set aside about ten chocolate discs and roughly chop the rest. Fold them into the cookie dough. To place it on the brownie, you can do it by hand like an irregular crumble, or use a cookie scoop to make 9 balls on the surface of the brownie. Flatten them slightly with the back of a spoon. Arrange the remaining chocolate discs by pressing them in lightly.    <\/li>\n<li>Bake for 40 minutes.
